Hi, I am a proud owner of a 2001 Viper GTS in Deep Sapphire Blue With Silver Stripes ( factory). Actually I am the second and fourth owner of this beauty. It was my dream car since I was at the Indy 500 in 1996 when the GTS was the pace car. Was able to acquire it in 06. I sold it to Scott Brady in 08 needing farm equipment more than a sports car at the time. Fast forward 11 years and many cars later I longed for a Viper again. So on a Friday night I put my 57 Thunderbird and a 1978 Toyota BJ40 Land Cruiser on Ebay. The next morning with a cup of coffee in hand I started looking at Vipers. So I see a Sapphire w/silver stripes also 2001 (the only year they made that combo) checked the data of ownership, New Hampshire, Indiana, Iowa. Low and behold I stumbled on my car. Scott was gracious enough to hold her till I sold the others. I am the luckiest guy on earth!!
