I was that teenager that had nothing, but loved to hang around used car lots that sold exotics. I'd pester the mechanics and salespeople on anything they could tell me about Jags, Ferrari's, Aston Martins. Sooner or later they would run me off. I'd buy used books about those vehicles, and dream about owning one. The other kids were hoping to get a Camaro or Mustang some day; so I was a little odd to them. Before now, the closest thing I ever came to owning a fun car was a '94 Mazda RX7 twin turbo. But we got rid of it when the warranty expired. After that, it was more family-friendly vehicles. Recently, the opportunity came up to get a true sports car; and after lots of research decided that the Viper was the greatest bang for the buck on the planet. Plus, they just look awesome. Especially yellow. Our daily drivers are either a 2010 Armada or an '08 Lexus SC430. I also own a restored 1941 Packard 120 Club Coupe. Life is good.
I enjoy being with my family, collecting old Edison light bulbs, Edison cyl. players, old locks.
