I need an alignment on my 2014 GTS. Any advice on where I should go that has done a Viper in the past??? Im in Los Angeles. I called some shops in the area and they all say we've never done a Viper alignment. Which I really do like hearing, a true testament to the scarcity of these beasts!! thanks

Since Dan Cragin closed his shop in Alhambra there isn't any Viper speciality shop in the LA area.

Alignment of a Viper isn't really anything special unless you are also looking to corner weight and/or get suggestions for setting outside of the OEM specs. (for the track)

I'd suggest you finding a shop in LA that specializes in Porsche's, BMW's or does race car support. Google is your friend.

If you're just needing the alignment back to OEM specs that will be very easy. Good luck, Mike

I just went to Pit Stop Tuning in Glendale on a recommendation from another race prep shop. They were great but I had to book 2 weeks in advance. Just off the 5 and the 134

Consider Mac’s in Carson (ask for Bill) for a great alignment - just tell him how you want it to handle and how long you want your tires to last.

And if you want the smoothest ride this side of a Gulfstream, go to Nate Jones in Long Beach/Signal Hill for a dynamic spin balance and shaving to get a “True Round” tire - you won’t believe it.

Vipers have fully adjustable caster and camber via lower wisbone adjuster cams, both front AND rear. The only way a typical shop can measure caster is swiveling the wheels 20degrees left and right, then back to center to calculate. You can't physically do that at the rear, so Dodge supplies brackets for inclinometers to measure directly off the rear knuckles. If the cross-car rear caster is off by more than about 0.3 degrees, it leads to some very odd handling on/off throttle. It is worth finding a shop that can measure and adjust this, particularly if you've had a bad curb, or pothole hit at the rear.
