Hi all

I recently rediscovered my OEM 2013 Service Manual CD.

I went to use it and discovered that you must use Internet Explorer (IE) to use the CD.

Well, I dont have IE on my computer anymore and I am looking for a work around. Anyone have an idea?

Hi, Steve:

I know IE can be found made functional...try this (though I have not had to yet):

So far, my Viper CD's still work on my old computer running Vista...which is why I still keep it around.

Good luck,

Steve

By the way, Steve...if you are "up a tree" on something relatively simple, tell me the year, I can fire up that old Vista, and take a screen shot for you. Just a thought.

If it requires IE then it means it's a set of HTML pages and any browser should open. After you insert the CD, go to your browser (chrome, edge, whatever) and select File->Open and navigate to the CD. I bet there's some kind of an index.html or some other file you can open manually to navigate.

^^^^ anything that supports HTML should open it. It may have been associated to IE but any browser "should" open it.
