Well, there is no power to the injectors. Checked the fuse and ASD relay, both good. There must be a wiring fault somewhere. More time on my back under the dash.
You need to figure out if the ASD relay is actuating or not. It could be on the Control side of the relay, and all of the high-current wiring and fuse are perfectly fine.

Scan the module with a Diag tool. Anything relating to ASD failure should show up.
