SRT definitely hit a home run with the TA. My wife didn't want me to get rid of my ACR. She thought that was the best looking car I've owned in the past few years but now she thinks the same thing about my TA.
The floor mats look great in the car!
One thing I have noticed, the mats are a snug fit. At first it interfered with starting as the clutch didn't engage the interlock switch but after a little shifting it works fine.
Went to a home show this afternoon and leaving there spotted a new blue C7 Vette. We could same the same thing about the C7 Vette. They took a several year old model, changed a couple of things, notably the rear and the upper sides and that is their new model.
I remember reading something a month or so back where an official said the Vert would be released/produced in about 19 months. The same official supposedly said there was no current discussion on an ACR.
Why would car manufacturers keep new models under wraps? A lot of that has to do with...
That would be JonB.

It took about three weeks which I thought was rather quick. They just had to order the correct color thread.
About three weeks ago, after getting my Orange TA, I decided I wanted to upgrade the floormats. I wanted black of course but with an Orange Stryker logo.
I researched this and found out no one was making the floormats with an Orange logo so I contacted JonB. Jon checked with his supplier and...
You know what? With the cars I've owned including the Vettes and Vipers, this little car I have to say is the most fun.
It's nothing really, super cheap but will put a smile on your face as soon as that turbo kicks in.
Actually there are ways if you feel the need to constantly keep an eye on it. I used to have to carry an M-16 in my car and wasn't allowed to let the
car out of sight when dining. (For some reason restaurant owners get nervous when you walk in with an M-16 slung over your shoulder).
Anyway I...
No, they aren't hard at all to lose control. WOT in 1st and 2nd and you had better be pointed straight and then it's dicey. In the five years I owned my 08 ACR I only lost it once and that was on an on-ramp shifting between 2nd and third. I sat it sideways so fast you couldn't blink but got it...
We traded in an ACR on the TA. On the street setting my wife thinks it rides smoother than the ACR.
I don't have an opinion yet since I only have 200 miles on the TA.
I had my ACR for five years and was planning on selling it later in the spring.
If you are interested in an orange TA you might contact Bill Pemberton at Woodhouse. He's got three orange one's left.
I traded mine to Woodhouse and Bill is very professional to deal with. People talk about SRT...
Normally I say to each his own and everyone has their own tastes but wow - wouldn't want to be parked anywhere near that. Wonder where they got that wing?
