Drilled rotors are for looks mainly and NOT for any serious usage where you will build up heat as they WILL crack. If you need bling just buy the slotted ones.
The long answer to your question is that the shrouds are available from SnakeOyl. But in order to use the shrouds, Different steering rack stops (little nylon sleeves) need to be swapped out to limit how far you can turn the wheel to keep from Squishing the shrouds at full steering lock.

There are 2 part numbers for Viper hoods in the current inventory. The "cheap" one is the export hood. I have not been able to find out exactly what all of the differences are beween the two.
