I have been able to find a few (as have others) by trying both large and small dealerships. Specifically, I am referring to the SRT filter...part number 05038041AA
Before you do anything else, I would check the battery voltage 30-60 minutes after removing the battery tender. This may give you an answer without much effort.

First thing I would do is to check all of the connections on the plugs and coils. This would also be a good time to recheck that the wires are connected to the correct plug.
Ken, while I cannot speak specifically to your recent battery purchase, I can tell you that my local dealer gets their "MOPAR" batteries from a couple of different battery wholesalers. These wholesalers place MOPAR stickers on said batteries and the Parts Dept. sells them as the replacement...
You can help yourself in a couple of ways besides using a battery tender (float charger). Use "sleep mode" ("hibernation mode") to decrease battery drain as outlined in your owners manual. Also, invest in a quality group 34 AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) battery...which generally claim to last 2-3...

Does it fire at all?
Do you have spark?
Do you have fuel pressure at Schrader valve on intake manifold?
Have you tried swapping ASD relay with A/C relay?

Ninja, feel free to call me for help if/when you run into the theft mode shutdown issue. 317 402 9013. Admittedly, 95's are a little different vs. 92-94...but quite workable. If you like, I can tell you how to completely avoid the issue.
