You might ask Dan Cragin in Alhambra for advice...and, consider having his shop (SPT...Specialty Performance Team) do the work. 1994 RT/10 Fuel pump not working?
Your model's Schrader valve should be at the rear of the passenger side of the IM, facing the center of the engine just in front of the windshield cowling. It should be covered with a knurled brass know. If it squirts out into a rag, you are getting action from the fuel pump. Take the fuel pump...- Steve-Indy

1994 RT/10 Fuel pump not working?
As I said, after determining continuity of red wire feed, I would start with another relay or a jumper wire to see if fuel pump turns on. You can test for fuel pressure at the rails by opening Schrader valve mounted on intake manifold...location depends of whether you have early 94 or later 94...- Steve-Indy

While there are a considerable number of Gen I Vipers that have developed fuel pump issues, I would start with a new fuel pump relay...or jump contacts in socket to determine if the fuel pump will run. By the way, the click may be the signal for the relay, but does it have 12 volts on pin 30 ...- Steve-Indy

A/C oring sizes and source?
I use that AC Pro packets available from AutoZone...many rings, many sizes. As I recall, they may be 13.7 or 13.8 for Vipers. Also, get the kit with the Schrader valve stems by same company as they can be the source of leaks as well...kit includes stem tool and new high and low pressure port caps.- Steve-Indy

Are than any reputable Viper Tech's in or near Monterey County in California?

Power steering issue on my '96 GTS
The first place that I would consider as the root cause would be the plastic power steering pump pulley and its fragile bracket...both of which are known to break. Replace them with the IPSCO billet pulley and bracket. Note that the pulley can be tough to remove even with a puller. Next check...- Steve-Indy

redtanrt10, I do agree with you. At the end of the day, condition of the car and the care that it has received is what matters to most of us. While buying a pre-owned car always carries some risks and unknowns, I think that this car has had "a good life" as opposed to some of the similar cars...- Steve-Indy

Your dealer can order a new grommet for you...fits 92-97...they come 2 per package, but dealer can sell you one for about $7.00.- Steve-Indy

1995 RT/10 Loose wires under drivers dash
From what I can see, that blue connector is a data port for non-engine functions..."body control module" type thing but no such module. I can affirm that one cannot program key fobs via that connector when it is plugged into a Chrysler DRB III scan tool. What appears to be a dark green wire...- Steve-Indy
