Yes, I have them in my 2003 rear, I'm planning on putting them in the front as well.
Also, I used polyurethane bushing made for late 80s Chevy truck leaf springs as rear lower shock bushings. These required some washers one both sides to keep it centered. My bushings where shot, metal on metal.

Just thought I'd mention that the rear access hole, through the belly pan, used for jacking is not there on earlier Vipers. Not present on my '03, don't know when they added it. I've thought about cutting one in mine.

When vehicle speed is less than 3 mph, the PCM
provides a ground for the solenoid (energized) and
allows shifting. When vehicle speed is greater than 3
mph, the solenoid is deactivated and prevents the
transmission from being shifted into reverse.
I installed Energy Suspension poly bushings 5.3125G without removing the control arms in my Gen3. I just used the old school "through bolt" method with some spacers to pull them out.
The "birdcage" clip is notorious for failing (mine did). Chrysler used 2 different clutch attaching clips during Viper production. The good one is the metal clip and nylon bushing:
