Marketing thing that is still used on all chrysler vehicles. On build sheet.
If you knew what MSO is and what it is used for you would know. Cuz those ones without it were not for sale.
And your point is???
Test vehicle
So what exactly do you want??
The YCH is still used.
You need...
There will be some sort of id on the doors. It would be company internal for the BOM but vehicle manufacturers require vendors to put this id's on the sub assemblies of the parts. Laser etched QR, upc codes are increasingly used in the past number of years coding part, batch, etc numbers...
Oh and the shaft broke (fatigued break) because of the actuator torque on the door. There are no limit switches and the spike in current is sensed by the computer to turn off the actuator. So fatigue break from multiple movements and/or loss of sense.
@MoparMap I am sure the doors are used on other cars from the corporate parts bin. Finding them might be hard even with knowing the part numbers on them but the internet is a pretty good database of information.
I trip to the local scrap yard is in order as local part stores might likely need...
You need the entire housing assembly. Individual doors are 99.99% of the time not sold individual by the manufacturer as they are not serviceable items per manufacturer and part of the housing.
The diagram is incorrect showing the #4 pointing to the doors but it is only referring to the inlet...
@99RT10GTS don't forget about the exhaust too. You have a bunch laying around.
@jkroberts21 get with Mike since he has the all the stuff you need. I didn't realize he had bbs wheels, thought he sold all the bbs wheels. He can put all the stuff on a pallet unfortunately looks you are CA.
@jkroberts21 you have to cut the mounting tabs (bunny ears) from the knuckles on the rear to put on the non stock single piston caliper.
Talk to Mikey (@99RT10GTS ) about the other stock stuff .
Trace the ground from one of the fogs or better from the horns or the hood switch. They all connect together at a split before going to the same ground. The split and ground points are the same for the horn. That is why they both either work or they don't.
