One thing to be aware is since it is 'wet' grease, it will attract dirt and stuff. So if it gets road debris throw to it, check and clean it.
Back in the old, old days, the highend cars had leather boots you would wrap snd tie the freshly greased up leaf spring to keep road debris off of them...
I bought 2 royal purple ones when it was on sale for $16.22. It too has the modifier in it and emailed them asking about. Got no reply back. Going to add a little bit the modifier anyways depending it's chemical components.
Keep refilling it unless you are losing coolant somewhere interior or external.
Did you measure the amount of coolant you added during the complete refill when you drained all of it out doing the hoses?
Check if your tip/pipe moves to the center or further back of the hole. If it is supposed to move/expand and does not, sounds like the pipe is fixed mounted.

Talk to Mikey

Hood and bumper cover can be fixed by bodyshop. That wheel cover can be but you will see it unless they body work it and paint it but talk to mike about a used cover.
Or just fix the actual problem correctly.
If you don't want to do it correctly, then:

Or add a check valve around the fuel filter.
or sell it a buy something you can afford to fix.
