    Cudaman Goes 9.92 @ 142 in Bradenton

Ward, I got no words. Way to go, nice job on a 307 gear. Larry congrats on building one sweet motor for our buddy. That motor has seen its share of racing and like wine, seems to only be getter better with age. Great job on both you parts.

    Cudaman 9 Second Video

Wardamar, Way to go man, no one deserves good things more than you, and no one has worked so hard to achieve a goal. I am very glad that you broke that barrier, sorry I was distracted when you called, getting lost in my old school town. Maybe we can run this week and I can see 9 second pass...

Classic, how do I get one of these for my neigborhood? No one can dispute that you put the your Viper through its paces. Was the pedal to the wood? What Gear were you in?

    MT Drag Radial update

FE, My previous 10.80 runs were with the Skinnies up front (thus the skinnies factor was already accounted for) and the BFGs on the back, but in much cooler less humid weather. The burnt clutch has a lot to do with the times On Wednesday night, I was unable to put a good heating on the tires...

10.80s on the last hot steamy day of the year

This weekend it will be in the upper 40s and low 50s here, but I had a chance to race last night in the heat, its better than no racing in the cool air.

    MT Drag Radial update

These are the sizes they have, I ma running the 255/50R16 on 16X10 CCWS. I basically replaced my ET streets with them, they are slightly wider, and they are much more stable, with a new clutch I think they are gonna out perform the ET Streets. They have been outlawed in some Drag Radial racing...

    MT Drag Radial update

Posted about running 10.80s last night on the MT Drag Radials. My Clutch is gone, If I do a 5-6 second burnout clutch won't work. When I launched above 4000 rpm the clutch would hang to about the 60 foot mark, below 4000 rpm the car bogs, then it wouldn't take an upshift to third, I still went...

10.80s on the last hot steamy day of the year

Went out to Orlando Speedworld with Macedo and some of the F-body guys last night. Boy it was hot 85-87 F with dripping humidty must have been 95%. My clutch is taking a dump, so I couldn't heat the tires up or launch hard, but I got into the 10.80s with 1.60-1.62 sixty foots. Trapped around...

Kerry to Concede @ 1:00 PM

Re: Kerry to Conceed @ 1:00 PM Well said Larry, couldn't say it better. The man with the character of the American Spirit was re-elected, thank God. What I want to know, is who has the list of all the under-educated Hollywood liberals (stars?) that vowed to leave the United States if Bush was...

Bird crap and the Viper, who knows paint need help.

The other night I pulled in the garage the light was off. Next morning I found that some crappy little bird had left some presents on the Viper. I cleaned them off, but the paint looks like it bubbled in one small spot, Anyone have any ideas how to fix it, without re-painting????

    Congrats John Hollandsworth! 701rwhp/702rwtq

I don't buy it. The once-vaunted K&N box was sealed to the hood and only had one severe bend in each tract-it failed miserably didn't it? All those bends in the new(est) box fly in the face of conventional airflow thinking. - Not a hater, just want some proof, from someone at arm's...

585 rwhp Roe S/C, What lb

I think they 7# pulley is the way to go with a basically stock forged psiton motor. If I did not have cast pistons I would be running the 7# pulley. One 1997 car in our group went 10.36 on a 7# pulley and sticky kumho tires. You may still need more safety equipment even with the 5# pulley.

    ROE S/C Pulley On 2001

I have always been told 5lb pulley on the cast pistons. Maybe if you live somewhere cold you could get away with a little more. The 5lb pulley and a 50 shot of nitrous makes a nice combo.

    Belanger Headers and S/C

In reviewing this lovely thread, I noticed I made a mistake. My creampuffer made 653 hp and 745 TQ on the N2O. I had put 705 Tq, not that it really matters anyways since any of us 5 lbs pulley guys have the low horsepower cars at these events. Although we do a pretty good job of competing...

Norm, I guess the only thing bigger in Texas are your ears. Tonight would be a good night for all you teenage horsepower junkies, 59-60 F temps and low low humidty. Hope it holds til December. This should be a good one, have you checked out all the slam talk on the Roe Vs Paxton post for...

Roe vs. Paxton/Vortech superchargers. Which is better?

Tony, my stock engine Creampuff with headers, catback, 5lb Roe, and Macedo tuning made 565 hp / 605 Tq on a hot day this summer. With a 50-75 shot of N2O it made 653 hp / 745 Tq. For all those that say the Macedo Roe, or Tony's Roe cars have a lot of dollars in them, I would think again. Even...

    Congrats Clayton Taul! 570rwhp/538rwtq-646rwhp/602rwtq

Boy Larry you are pumping a lot of cars out of there. When is Clayton gonna track the car? I could bring my creampuff out so that he can follow my taillights to the finish line. Or, if you have my turbo done on the F-Body He could follow those taillights, their bigger and easier to see.
