    I remember seeing your post when you first wrote. In seeing this again makes me want to take a look on mine, but my original hood was replaced in '97(?) on a warranty claim for cracking. ASC was the supplier and it looks like they built it 10/12/93

    Hope it works out for you. Numerous owners have posted denied engine claims on the other forums. Did you check the oil level or did the dealer say it was low on oil. Most common reason for denied claims. Good luck to you
