I went shopping for a fun car a few years ago...and ended up with a 2001 RT/10 almost by accident. But when I compare it with other fun cars I've had ('67 GT350, SVO Mustang, '69 MK III), the Viper is by far the most enjoyable car I've ever owned. I love the way it looks, I love the way it...
Viper for me. I just can't get past the Vette's tail end....it looks hideous to me. The GTS looks are in a class by itself.
I'm glad the Vette is a performer. Raises the bar for everyone else. SRT will continue to improve the Gen V...
Good for you to have strong ethics. Some folks are willing to sell their souls for very little.
Your corp security job (Walmart I'm guessing?) must have been pretty interesting. If you get bored, would your old employer hire you as a contractor as needed?
Without a dyno pull, its hard to know what power your Viper is producing. I think you have the dyno pull from this past March Dyno Day. Maybe time for another dyno pull when you're in Raleigh?
Nice turnout! Have they finished paving the road up to the top lot at Mt Mitchell? Last time they had the summit platform roped off as they were installing a handicapped ramp... :(
Have you joined the VCA yet? I remember that you can specify what region you want to join, so you'd want to join the North & South Carolinas region.
Nice choice in a Viper too!
Congrats on getting a Viper. What year/model did you get?

Good deal, glad you're aware of the club events. Our new officers have done a great job with club activities, so this year has been a lot of fun. Glad to hear you're a native. I've only been in NC for 20+ years and I love it here.
You're right on the way to Biltmore, so we'll have to stop...
Welcome Patrick! Nice RT/10, love the color.
There is an upcoming trip to Biltmore the end of September. It would be a great chance to meet some new folks and have a lot of fun. See http://forums.viperclub.org/threads/667537-September-27-29th-–-Vipers-slither-to-Biltmore!!!-Asheville-NC...
The room has been booked. This is gonna be fun!
Now all I need to do is replace the a/c compressor, drier, and rings, pull a vacuum, then charge it back up. Then time to replace the clutch master cylinder.
My original tires basically were destroyed when they were removed. Chunks of the tread cracked and came off when the old tires were being removed. They were from 2000.
Looks like a great time. Glad the weather was okay on Saturday too. The picture looking out the hotel room was pretty good. Right on the beach!
Who's red Gen V?
