Matte finishes
With the increasing numbers of matte finished available from other manufacturers there are numerous matte care products out there, most will wash and dry, less rubbing the better. I have been told that a good glass cleaner can be used for touch up and bug removal, just get one that does not... -
shocks on car worn out, or jsut normal on a Viper ?
The stock shocks are very stiff and the ride is like that. If they are not leaking or wet from oil loss they are likely fine. We use spring rates 2X the factory with the MCS suspension and the ride quality improves 100%. If you cannot deal with what you have and would like to talk about...- mjorgensen Woodhouse

Seriously, no 2 dynos are the same so looking for that number means nothing. You have to know a baseline on that dyno then and after dyno to know the correct math to get you back to crank numbers. The dyno we use shows new cars at 510-515 rwhp where others are seeing 540... not apples to apples... -

All depends on the dyno for rwhp number, crank numbers are 720 New and 740 plus on a broken in engine as verified by Arrow. -

The PD blower is used in OEM for one reason, the emissions can be controlled, because the liquid cooling systems maintain constant IAT and can be regulated because of that. With an air cooled centrifugal that is not the case. It is MUCH harder on the driveline components when you have added... -

They are a Viper spec harness that includes the 5-6 point strap bar behind the seat. They have a bolt in lap belt so the seat does not get hung up on eyelets, snap in shoulder straps and the 5-6 points are wrap around for the mounting bar. -

2016 ACR ride quality questions
The new ACR is very stiff even on the softest settings (how it comes from the factory). We finished the very first full MCS suspension swap on a new ACR and delivered it yesterday. Winter storage
Not really a good idea to use jack stands because the rubber bushings will be flexing a direction that is not normal to them (control arms are tightened at ride height) and tires won't generally flat spot in a few months and stay that way. IMHO- mjorgensen Woodhouse

Winter time: How do you park your viper?
Don't start it unless you let it fully warm up enough to get rid of any condensation it has pulled in since the last time, generally you can go without starting over a winter, it is long term storage that you might need to.- mjorgensen Woodhouse

best shocks for those with Eibach's and lowering caps
MCS now has the single adjustable non remote reservoir shocks for the Viper, they are great for a dual purpose car at a much lower price point then the doubles were. If you have any questions LMK.- mjorgensen Woodhouse
