I agree with you. As non paying members we really should not have any say in the vca forums. So take it up with the national board and make it a 100% pay site. That's really what ought to be done.- knuk

3 term president here in the western zone. Through one of my terms the ZD never contacted me..... I sent a request once for monetary help with a zone event and was totally run down by the ZD . If anyone is interested in the email trail regarding this, I have it all. So I say cut out the ZD ...- knuk

VCA does not have the funds to bring legal action against all regions. Sure, they can try action against one region to see how it goes. All I can say is good luck. Ain't gonna happen though. The club is broke. 75k in the account, 11 days left in the year, 4 magazines to send out.... Me phoning...- knuk

I think a large empty room... Agree with you that nothing will happen. No crime, no lawsuits . BTW, I respect most lawyers, other than the one who billed me for a phone call even though I heard him flush the toilet....he billed me while taking a $hit!- knuk

I would assume that vca would not allow current regional board members to hold a regional board position with the VOA as this would be a conflict of interest?- knuk

I am not speaking on behalf of the VOA or the VCA, but I think it only fair (JUST MY OPINION!!) that something be worked out with the dues so that all local members be taken care of. I know in our region that there is no new local board willing to take over....unless it just happened today. It is like puling teethe to get people to step up to the plate, & that is in good times. I guess it is all up to the VCA to decide how they wish to proceed, be it lawsuits or whatever...- knuk
