    Listen,file a claim in small claims court. No attorney needed, go present your case and let the judge there make a judgement. it will cost you about $30.00 to file the suit and then represent yourself. I think the biggest thing you have going for you is the when they did the walk around nothing...

    Did you call Chrysler customer care yet and issue your complaint. They will ask you for any paperwork or write up check sheet and call the dealer to see why they are not standing up and doing the rite thing.
