    Twister, I agree with your estimated "average driver' times 100%. Those are pretty damn accurate and more commonly seen. I also think the flappy paddle C7 Z06 will be a solid 10-second car. No way around it, based on how well we are seeing the base model cut 11.8s with the auto, pretty easily.

    I guess that is a dig at me using drag radials. Bravo. I ran the same 10.9 as Furman did, but with 2 mph less trap speed. My 60' was less than a tenth of a second better, so the drag radials weren't much better than his radials that day. I'd trade the tenth in 60' for 2 mph more trap speed...

    I haven't heard of anything changing. Just the GT package becoming available as an in-between for the SRT and GTS. If sales continue at this slow of a pace, I'd be surprised to see a 2015 Viper, period.

    600 rwhp NA would require ported heads and intake manifold, cam, longtube headers, crank pulley, etc.. Can get expensive quick. Rods and pistons are not forged. 700 rwhp is highest "safe" boost level, with safe tuning. Basically what the Paxton kit delivers, about 650 rwhp out of the box. Tony

    Try moving the lower section of the seat a couple clicks closer to the wheel, push the pedals all the way back, and recline the upper seat more to to contact the rear shelf. Works better that way.

    My sources at GM would tell you that you are wrong. They have been testing twin-turbo V8 C7 mules. The same twin-turbo V8 will also come in the next CTS-V. If you think that engine was developed solely for the Cadillac, you would be incorrect.

    Not the same. Stryker has more depth and sort of has the metallic color-shift on body lines, depending on light. Similar to how Stryker Red catches light. SSG is more uniform metallic green. Shades are similar though.

    Most of the taller guys leave the seat forward a couple clicks and just recline the back a little further. The pedals being adjustable makes this work.

    MAF, unfortunately. Computer is also limited due to MAP sensor range. I love how easy my Gen 3 is to mod, but I still like my Gen 5 better as a whole.
