    1/4 Mile Times For Idiots

    Add 1 sec and 10 MPH to your times now and that's what you'll get with the supercharger. So if you run 12.3@115 now, expect 11.3@125 with blower or if your running 12.0@119 then expect 11.0@129 you got to add it to what you NORMALLY run, not to what the car with a perfect driver can run JMHO

    Both cars same HP but higher TQ Who is faster?

    IMHO you should lose to that H&C Z06 given equal drivers. He has 300 lb weight advantage plus better gearing to 100 MPH than your Viper does. I would predict he will put 2-3 cars on you by 100 MPH. HP is a function of TQ so once the cars are in their RPM band the higher HP car should win. Good luck

    my best 60' stock sports 1.91 Kuhmos 1.98 ET streets 1.66 Others I'm sure have had different results. BTW Kuhmos make an excellent street tire, if traction is a problem

    aluminum flywheels for drag racing

    I have an aluminum flywheel and using stock tires the AL flywheel did not effect the 1/4 at all. I would bet with slicks the stock flywheel would give a better launch, but I don't know.     Complete gasket kit heads, intake, exhaust, etc. p/n is 1-04882950AF note the 1- may or may not be needed in front of the p/n this is for a 97 Gen II but I think all the Gen II would use the same kit.
