    I just returned from K&N as well. They used my 2003 for test back up with Paul's car. I came in with 445.3hp and they confirmed the increase with the new system against Paul's car. Looks like a winner for us. I did not get the tq numbers. Hopefully the system will be out soon.

    Flickering lights

    I guess I spoke too soon. Went for a an early morning cruise today and my lights went out completely for about 2-5 seconds. Then flickered probably two more times during the drive. Seemed to do it when I used my right turn signal. Hope someone can pin it down. Not fun driving in the dark.

    I just reached the 500 miles and noticed the bog between 1st and 2nd today. My car had the valves redone at the factory so I don't think it is this. I also don't think it is the skip shift feature as it is from the engine, not the trans. I would like to know what causes this.

    WHO GETS THE BEST MPG?

    I drove my 2001 yellow GTS cross country last year, just over 7700 miles and averaged over 23mpg. Made it home from Arkansas to Southern California in just over 16 hours driving time so I was not limping along. Great car on a long trip and better gas mileage than I expected.

    Re: how\'s the viper on long drives I drove my 2001 cross country last November. Best trip I ever made. I averaged 23+ miles per gallon and even made it back from Missourit to S. Cal in about 16 hours. Never a problem and no discomfort.

    Touring the Rocky mountains

    The GTS would be great for that trip. I drove my 2001 GTS cross country late last year. I hit all kinds of weather and the car performed great. I even managed 20+ miles per gallon. Don't hesitate to take it. It was great fun.
