honestly the only cars i have seen are pre productions. but there was nothing as far as tow hook mounting points such as the T/A. however, again they were pre production cars, so they may have added a front location for hook on production cars.
they are not deep cycle, but they are much better at not killing the batter than all other gens. and you can put it in hibernation mode if you really choose too, but should easily last 7 days without it. winter.. well you'll wanna throw it in hibernation and should be good to go.
mileage is always an issue, but you've obviously got your use out of it. the problem is everyone thinks there car is worth more than it really is.
its only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it.
changing the oil, stuck to the magnet on the drain plug was these parts, I can't for the life of me figure out what they are, they have a chrome finish each piece is about 10mm long and 2mm wide. they have a slight taper to them.
at first we thought it could be the parts of the valve...
getting the regulator in and out the door is easy without damage, i personally think its due to zero flex in the parts once they are in the door. heat and vibration take there effects on the plastic, then add the stress of the window going up and down... snap!
LOL, i'm just annoyed really, i have to fix these damn things all the time and seems like there is nothing but problems. i spoke with ralph directly about it and he said "What regulator problems?" lol.
