Anybody else get a brochure from Mopar to get Gen 1 and Gen 2 accessories now?
If you don't get 'em soon, such as car covers, Mopar RT/10 roof, etc, there won't be any more stuff around. They won't be making any new accessory parts from what I read in the brochure. Reclining seat
The seats on our '94 "recline" too. I thought the storage space behind the seat was 15 sq. in.! There's more storage space under the seat than behind it! DOT 5 out, DOT 4 Hi Temp in
Jon B, I'm not so sure it's good for breasts either! From what I understand, it is better for use in most of the older muscle cars as they are driven even less than most Vipers, and it does not attract moisture. DOT 5 out, DOT 4 Hi Temp in
Finally got back to the dealer for a brake fluid change, they had put in DOT 5 silicone fluid a bit over a month ago. Check Sears for New Michelin Pilot prices
Price I got from Sears complete with tax, balance and new stems was $665.50 total including the 10% off for using the charge card. DC Extended Warranty Worthless?
I got a complete Arrow rebuild with my DC warranty so nobody is going to tell me that it is not worth anything! However, it does depend heavily on the dealership! The people on the other end of the phone at DC were great to deal with, and very good customer service!- Roland L-Ocala FL

2500 RPM max, is that hard to do!
Have just put the first 100 miles or so on the car since the Arrow rebuild and am following the Arrow break in letter. Try driving up to 2500 rpm and no higher for 200 miles! A Viper payment may be closer than you think...

Z06 no Viper
I beleive that the clutch has two hydraulic cylinders on the Viper, a master on the firewall, and a slave cylinder at the clutch fork. I do not find it hard to hold in or push down on the Viper clutch at all, not like when I had a '70 Cuda 340 4 speed that needed a left leg like Arnold...- Roland L-Ocala FL

Life Expectancy Of Rear Tires
I have about 15K on our MMX tires on the rear, and will be looking for new ones this spring! I do not hot dog, only have drag raced it 3 times at VOI 6 and made some runs around the Gingerman last two years (about 10 - 12 total), that's it as far as pushing the tires. Oil Leak....still leaking....still leaking.....
Check the camshaft positioner sensor, it has an o-ring around it that may also be leaking up front. Mine did, and once they replaced it, the oil leak stopped. About a 10 minute fix. they should be able to see it right away, if that is what it is, but it is up front, not at the back of the enigne.- Roland L-Ocala FL

Dealer Called me this AM, The Viper is Ready!
Couldn't wait, got it back home tonight. The weather was good, the weatherman was wrong, it cleared up, the roads dried up and back came the car.
