This is a good idea. I have been seriously thinking about doing this but I haven't got up the motivation to actually start.
Post more pics as you go. I want to see how and where you mount the box.
Roller rockers is one of the best upgrades you can do on a Roe car. It adds some top end that you lose with the supercharger. Instead of the car flattening out over 4500rpms, it continues to pull to 5500rpms. It also changes the idles sound a little.
Are you sure you are off the cam lobe?
IIRC, my adjuster was about flush with the top of the arm. I don't know how many threads below the arm. But I have 7.7" pushrods. I didn't have a length checker or the instructions for these when I bought and installed them.
I just used this thread...
I really don't like the autoform front end. I just can't get past the stupid lights in the center that breakup the flow of the beautiful curves of the GTS.
I like the SVS front better, but it will be hard to find now.
BTW, I'm going to be making some side splitters for our cars in the next...
I would say, decide what your plan is for the car. If you plan to put very few miles on and just keep it locked away for an investment, then get the lower mile car. If you plan to drive the sh!t out of it and not worry about resale, then get the cheaper one and have fun with it.
It looks like you have quite a bit of room up front. Why not mount a bracket in front of the radiator. They would be kind of far from everything, but it will be hidden and not cluttering up the engine bay.
I have seen them on other starters. I'm not exactly sure what it is though. It may be an access to a screw or wire or something.
I haven't had a starter apart in almost 10yrs ;)
Yeah, mine got damaged in shipping when I bought it as well. These things are very heavy and shift a lot in shipping. Because they are heavy the shippers don't take care of them and drop them and stack other heavy **** on them. They don't realize they are dealing with a $6k+ part.

Anyone know about this:

"another new event that will return the SCCA Pro Racing World Challenge Series to Utah for the first time since 2007 and adds the Viper Owners Invitational, which will bring V10-powered Dodge Vipers from across America and overseas for two days...
If it sounds like your SRT then the cam has not been changed
None of the other years sound like the 708
Roller rockers can sound like a cam, and exhaust will change the sound at idle, but only the cam will sound lopey
I understand completely. I rode in a TT car and it was crazy. However, the power seems a little useless on the street. It all comes on at once and is almost uncontrollable.
You say it would be cheaper, but if we can find a way to upgrade the Roe setup, or design something new, it wouldn't...
I'm not sure if I really him. He doesn't seem like the most honest guy. If he wants to come on here and prove me wrong, that would be great.
Thanks for the offer though Phil :)
one of the pluses about creating a new setup is being able to add an intercooler and thus solving the Roe's heat issues
something like this for a manifold/IC combo
Ok, this should probably go in the tech section, but I wanted to get as much feedback as possible on this topic.
I want some opinions on fitting a larger Kenne Bell supercharger unit to a Gen2.
I'm thinking the 2.6/2.8 Big Bore twin-screw could be modified to fit. Maybe a new manifold would...
