    One quick way to determine if was painted from the factory is the inside of the hood scoop also follow the striping including the vertical section of the opening. I have seen many stripes only painted/stickered on the hood section only. To be sure, you need to check the window sticker option...

    Slightly Discouraged New Viper Owner

    After getting my ACR in April, the first time I took it out, I went on a drive with 2 Ferrari's and 2 Lambos. Right after we pulled out of the parking lot in Redwood Shores a CHP followed us. They do attract alot of attention.

    I just purchased my ACR from Marv in April 2007 and it was a smooth transaction. I went to check out the car on Monday and drove it home on Friday. All his cars I saw in his shop were in good to excellent condition. He is hard to get a hold of sometimes.

    I just got my 2002 ACR last month and still have my 2003 Cobra. I thought my Cobra (stock) was fast but my Viper will beat it hands down. I have been waiting for my VCA membership package since Apr 16, that's almost 6 weeks. Have fun with your car! Bill
