There doesn’t seem to be a whole lot going on this weekend so I thought I would organize a last minute get-together for this Sunday the 23rd. I have reserved a spot for us at the Nifty Fifty’s restaurant www.niftyfiftys.com in Bensalem, PA. Nifty Fifty’s is a great 50 style restaurant...

Does anyone have any good tips on making the engine and surrounding area look better than new? Going to a car show on Sunday and want her to be looking good...

BTW. Last week I asked about scratch remover and got...
I have read through a bunch of old posts and it seems that 3M products were recommended the most for removing scratches, does anyone have a part number and know where I can find 3M products?
Thanks,

JMcGuire,
Uneven tire wear, such as cupping, is not caused by improper rotation of the tires, it is caused by the vehicle itself. Vehicles that are out of alignment will cause the tires to cup. Some vehicles, especially light trucks and SUV's will wear tires unevenly even when aligned...
Sorry, my last post may have been confusing. Pirelli makes the pzero in both sizes for the vipers with the 18 inch wheels (I think that's 97 to 01) but only the rears for the earlier models. i.e. they don't make 275/40-17's in the Pzero.

SoCal,
I think you meant Pirelli P-Zeros... They are available in 18 inch sizes. (Don't make them to fit the front 17 inchers) Has anyone tried these? I sold a set to my friend for his 911 and he liked them better the the BFG's he had, but I never had any feedback from anyone with a...
Yup,
The VT and the Viper are a good match. Up close the VT isn't that impressive (I don't like it's handmade look). The new Diablo 6.0, on the other-hand, would smoke a stock viper. That is one hell of a machine.

Does anybody have any tips on what to use for numbers? I'm entering a auto-x this weekend and I'm not sure what I can use for numbers? Can't use the magnetic ones, so what are the other options...
Thanks!
I want to go to an Auto-X event, how do vipers usually fair in these events? I heard that the courses are usually set up for smaller, lighter cars? Any tips for a first time auto-xer?
Thanks,

Re: What\'s your other car? (this might be fun)
Wow Arizona,
I thought when I was 23 and bought a viper, I was the $**t. Sounds like your internet venture is going a LITTLE better than mine Congrats... What's your e-business?

What do all you viper heads drive when you're not driving your snake? I thought this would be interesting to see.
So come on... what's your dally driver...
Mine is a 01 Xterra
I read some ware that you can determine the level electrolytic metal erosion occurring in your cooling system using a voltmeter. By placing the positive probe into the coolant and the neg. probe on some metal part of the engine. A reading of 2 volts or higher is bad! Has anybody done this with...
Depends on where you are located...
I used to pay about $1000/yr. (Leader ins.) in NE Pa, now I'm outside of Philly and pay almost twice that (Nationwide).

Yeah,
I got mine last summer. I have a red with yellow roadster and got red with silver for the floor mats and red with yellow for the truck mat. They make the inside complete. The trunk looks MUCH better too!
