    Just because the repair costs exceed 40k doesn't necessarily mean that they will give at least that. They have the option to repair OR replace or give you the cash equivilent.

    Was given gift plates. California plates "COMP CPE". they will arrive in 6 weeks (about same time as car). Useful for show purposes I guess.

    I'm having them paint mine. I don't have the time,desire or patience to deal with a paint shop.I changed my color scheme yesterday to Red with tapered silver stripes.Sanity prevailed.
