    There is another thread called "tuning [tunning] '08" where Mark posts some dyno graphs with the ECU. Peak power and torque gains are not huge but the ECU seems to provide a much smoother torque and hp curve.

    I am not trying to contradict what either you or Shandon have posted; I would just advise that anyone thinking about the Belanger system should contact Lou Belanger directly about the need for insulation or shielding. He is very accessible. FYI, Lou's numbers are 623-582-5900 or 623-582-8244.

    Good point Malu; I also do not want to come off as griping about this product. I greatly appreciate SRT's efforts to make this ECU happen in the first place. I will just have to make a real world decision as to whether the ECU is worth the potential headaches.

    Tom -- thanks; the info you posted seems to weigh against using the boosters. Also, the 2008 owners manual confirms that 91 is the minimum octane rating for the Viper.
