    Who makes the best Headers for the Viper ??

    I installed the full Belanger header/exhaust system. Sounds great, looks awesome, simple to install. The fact that they are not SS, however, still doesn't sit quite right with me. Anyway, 20,000 miles and no problems. Great mod!

    Did the same thing twice in one day. It really made me sick but no damage. I now use the thumb down technique and shift into 4th just a bit slower - engage the clutch a bit slower as well. If I screw up again, I'll catch it in time. I sincerely doubt you did any damage. Go for a cruise...

    Belanger headers and full exhaust. Side sills are cool. With hi-flow cats installed, side sills are warm. OEM setup was unbearably hot!

    Painting stripes ... how much?

    Factory stripes are painted on. East Coast performance painted black stripes on my silver ACR and applied a claercoat on top. Absolutely perfect job in every way. Expect to spend ~ $2,000 for a quality job. Vinyl stripes are too rice-like for me.

    With air flowing from two sources, how can you be certain this does not lead to turbulence and reduced air flow. Dyno testing is unrepresentative of real world air flow. 1/4 mile testing may be indicative but if only 1.5 mph can be had, gains would be minimal and tough to validate.

    I agree that vinyl is OK for a temporary "do I like the color" sanity check. Beyond that, a Viper is deserving of a quality paint job. Also consider black on silver instead of blue. I did and my car is awesome looking and unique.

    What ratio roller rockers? If you go with 1.7 and ONLY the mods listed, you'll lose some bottom end. This has been discussed extensively on the board. Do a search.
