Well, especially now with nitrous on my mind, I'm thinking about trading for a GTS. I think that it would just look better under a GTS hatch, and its starting to become winter here so I definately won't have the top off my car much.

I'm going to list my car up in the classifieds I think.

Tell me what number to put for a sale price? 1999 RT/10 with hardtop and softop, 22000 miles, scrapes only on the front fascia like most of the cars have. A tiny scratch on the front near the badge.

Chris, I have often thought about a GTS as well. But I think the best solution is to get both. :)

As far as your car, I would ASK for 50k and hope for the best.

G, does nawz fit in the trunk of an RT???

Mid 40's at best. Sold my silver '99 RT with both tops and less miles last Aug '02 for $51.5K. Market is much worse one year later. Back then most only wanted to pay high 40's at the time. If you are willing to wait you may hold out and get high 40's but I doubt it. Plus winter is coming which does not help.

Good luck.

If you do sell your RT/10, I have a pristine 99 ACR you may be interested in (it's listed in the classifieds). I'm local so no big investment in time.

If I had the money, I would take your ACR. I love the silver with black stripes. YUM!

Doesn't make sense, peeople will pay 40k for a GenI, but only mid 40's for a 98, 99? Though it maybe true, it's backwards.

There are just as many people paying 40K for a gen 1 as there are people paying 58K for a gen 2 98 or 99. Howerver, many more are spending 30K to 34K on a gen 1 and more like 48K to 52K for a 98 or 99.

If you di do a deal with someone local, you could go to a dealership and do an in and out. They'd probably charge you a fee, but you'd save a ton in taxes.
