I paid around $1900 for mine to be done right...so I would say that, although a little more, $2400 is in the ballpark if done right! It sure does change the apprearance!!
I put on Eibachs and adjusted my stock Koni's. Should be a total of 1 3/4 turns from full soft to firm. There are several previous posts if you do a search.
I agree, sounds like a balancing issue. Also, make sure that after the wheels/tires are balanced and put on the car to mark where the valve stems are. Had an issue on my old RT that once I drove the car, the tire would roatate a couple of inches and throw out the balance. Anyway....just a...
