    It could be and probably is the tune, if the air/fuel/timing is too aggressive the car will run hotter than normal. There are many other possible reasons but this would be the first thing I look at since you just had it tuned.

    My factory mounts were toast at 15k miles, at 37k you probably have just the bolt holding the motor in place.

    Fastest stock motor times?

    All Gen 3 and older viper motors have a built in restriction plate known as our cylinder heads. You are not going to see major hp improvement NA unless you get aftermarket heads or do some serious porting to the factory heads and dont forget the intake.

    Are you confident in your internal waste gates ability to release enough exhaust gas to control boost? Oil scavenge will be a serious pain in the ass as well, in the end it would have been cheaper for you to build headers to place the turbo's in a position where oil could have been gravity...

    K&N tried on my viper way back when to see what the modifications would need to be. The problem is the updated radiator/core support on 99 and newer cars. After trying for about a day they decided it would not be worth the effort to make it fit.

    No Creampuffs dont pick up power from Corsa exhausts, actually no gen 2 viper does. If you did a nice set of headers and no cats you could be around 420rwhp. Unfortunately with your mods all you will notice is sound.

    A good tuner and an AEM, or something like it can get you there. There are plenty of cars with 12:1 compression running around with forced induction. Or like some others have suggested a healthy amount of meth injection would work very well also.

    Why would anyone here want a blower? Two turbo's will make you forget that useless air restriction for ever. It may be a bit more expensive initially, but the ability to upgrade to power levels no blower can ever take you too. And the street ability is better than any blower could be either.
