    I know you probably dont want to hear this but you will need to take the motor apart and at the very least balance the crank again. Damage does not look horrible but you never know until its inspected. The only conclusion that I can think off is that the rod bent and it was enough to start...

    You should be careful when deciding who will look at it. Judging by your sig its far from factory, and someone that is not familiar with your upgraded parts can mess things up fast and easy. Even a simple thing like putting in the wrong gear oil can destroy it for you.

    +1 for effort But even if you manage to cramp everything into the engine bay like intended in the pictures when the car is actually running your going to have nothing but issues from heat to damage being cause by motor movement. Anyways good luck on the project.
