ZAF and I know the difference between the cat back system and the old style full race system. We have had customers tell us that they have bought brand new full race systems, not old warehouse stock, and that they now come with a welded on tip with rolled lips just like the ones that come with...
You really did a fantastic install job. It looks great! I like your fuel pressure gauge idea but please be sure to use an electric fuel pressure gauge and not a mechanical one like some racers use as they will burn you up in a crash. just thinking of your safety. great job.

DEFECT: On certain passenger vehicles, the multifunction switch park lamp contacts may corrode. The multifunction switch parking light contacts could cause the head lights, parking lights, and/or instrument panel lamps to flicker or become...
That link above was the one I could not remember who made it. They also have this one with i believe is the safest way to go.

BENEFITS OF HAVING YOUR ECM REPROGRAMMED AFTER ALL YOUR MODS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED
This DC Performance ECM Upgrade is a plug and play mod. We had a custom program made for our highly modified test mule ( Viper ), and put it in a new ECM so we could retain the old one for EMISSION TESTING and FOR...
Dan, This sounds like a winner so I am going to try it when I get the time to Install my Magnecor Wires. It was hard to believe that you needed to remove the manifold as everyone has always said. You say you use a wood piece. Are you pushing on the wire connector? can you post a picture of this...
Deam, They are a complete bolt on without removing anything on your viper, not even the side sills. The tips come with the tool to install them and should take less than 10 minutes to do. We developed them to fit the Mopar-Corsa Cat Back system that uses the side pipes as shown in the picture...
I have had cars and bikes stolen and the above has always worked for me with nationwide. The real important part is to have a great re-pore with you agent who should be working with your best interest in mind as he wants your repeat business and commissions.
Robbie
Hey Dave,
I know what this mount fits but you really should indicate which generation vipers that your part fits in these promos.
Keep up the great work,
Robbie
Phil,
Do you know what MPH you will be running at say 2000 RPM'S in 5TH and 6TH with stock rear gears. I would want to be doing 80 MPH in 6TH gear at 2000 RPM'S.
In all respect that is not true. the ECM will adapt to a certain degree for the new cats. We have installed lots of these with over 100,000 total miles with zero problems except the hanger problem. For the best tune go with the DC Reflash.
DEAM,
Those tip DO NOT FIT THE MOPAR RACE EXHAUST. Do not buy them. The tips on my site were developed together with ZAF and are the only ones to date that fit.
I have Nationwide and the same clause. I was told by my agent not to make mention of any mods but to keep a list and pictures of the viper in case of a total lose so as to get the highest reimbursement. I have been with them for 40 years.
As far as discharging the fuel pressure you can pull the fuel pump fuse in the box under the hood and then start the car until it stalls. Then place a rag over the tire valve fitting on the fuel rail and push in the pin and you will release all the pressure. You will need a special tool to...
Jon at Parts Rack can also get you factory Sidewinder - Copperhead wheels in full polish or powdered coated. these are very light weight compared to OEM wheels. you can see these on our web site below.
Kai, Where did you buy these gears and do you have parts numbers. Is there a web site for these gears?
Also do you have the ratios for ST thru 6th handy? :drive:
Thanks,
Mark,
We can make you anything the customer wants complete with logos etc. They would be made out of aluminum and then mirror polished. The lettering would be engraved and can be also filled in with whatever color he wants. Have your customer make up a sample on paper as to what he wants and...
I agree with Illsmoo. I have 15000 miles on harder engine mounts and the competition transmission mount with no problems. I went a step further and welded up the hole on the drivers side pipe but removed the two mounts and the rubber hanger completely.
