    2012 - 2013 - 2014 ....?????

I think we are going to see a Maserati with an American V10 pretty soon, not a Ferrari and quid-pro-quo for their bodywork and chassis on the Viper. :2tu:

    2012 - 2013 - 2014 ....?????

Exactly the point I made in my previous post. Why are there new 2009 and 2010 Vipers out there with 20K off MSRP? In part because they are overpriced and depreciate like crap with such incentives. :crazy2: And I don't think Chrysler gives a damn about dealer inventory on the Viper. It's too low...

    2012 - 2013 - 2014 ....?????

If the point is to say the price is inflating a lot, why would I remove inflation? :dunno: And how does that explain an 8K rise from 2002 to 2003? Most auto manufacturers don't jack up the price sharply. Chrysler never price gouged it's consumers by overly pricing it convertible Viper unlike...

    2012 - 2013 - 2014 ....?????

My sources tell me the chassis and body is Maserati while the engine is Dodge. So yeah, expect the base price to be almost 100K for sure. :crazy2: While it might be cheap given that the finish of Chrysler's current lineup is really spectacular, the price point is really inflating quite...

    Best battery tender location?

+1. I don't understand the reason for having any other method.

where do you charge your battery from?

+1. Cigarette lighter socket is the simplest. Window gets rolled down 1/2" to let the wire through.

Tire mounting in Fairfield County, CT.

And I do go to him for my Viper needs. I might even be the Viper owner that lives closest to Chuck. Just 7 miles away. :2tu: But I thought he didn't mount tires. I'll give him a call.

    :eater: Anything?

Tire mounting in Fairfield County, CT.

I've not had new tires since I moved to CT but it's that time again. Any recommendation on a tire mounting shop in Fairfield County that will not harm the rims. I will be taking the wheels to them.

    Traveling from East to West

Do you prefer cities over scenery? If it's scenery, get a Rand McNally map (not GPS) and follow the scenic roads (dotted green lines) from the east coast to the west of the Appalachians and then from New Mexico/Colorado to the west coast. Trips like these are very memorable. Almost every city...

With 2 NOS tanks on tap, I'd me more worried about what's up ahead. :lmao:

Viper is Canada's 3rd worst selling vehicle for 2010

So if Vipers are so much in demand, why does the Viper Exchange still have 20 2009's @ 20K below MSRP?

    Stallone's new ride?

I saw him driving a Lambo in 94/95. He was stuck in traffic in the opposite lane. I was on my ZX11 and made a U-turn. I then tailed him and harassed him for a few miles until he opened it up on the Palisades Interstate Pkwy. Suffice it to say it was a blast.

Gen V - "a naked woman on the beach"

Very good idea. This should have been done with the Gen IV (or 3.5) too but the idea was ignored. I think if it's a new body and new engine, then it should have it's own forum. BTW, I think the inspiration of "a naked woman on the beach" is way too crude. Post some photos and spare us the the...

Chrysler states I do not own my car!!

I couldn't figure out when you bought this car, but check out the statute of limitations on collections for the car. If you are lucky, that could be the easiest way to get out of this mess.

Front plate question for MA owner

The cops I dealt with in Revere (northern suburb of Boston) always checked for my front plate. They were classic a$$holes too and made me turn my pockets inside out everytime I went there, looking for dope.

Direct Lift & Rotary Revolution Lift

I would agree but it's metal and welding, not plastic. If you have access to these lifts anywhere and can inspects the welds, that should tell you about the quality. Good welds should look like the welds on your car. Bad welds should look like they are fewer and further apart and inconsistent in...

    Ford GT

I don't think they compare. The GT is a true exotic with amazing history. It looks and drives great. The SRT has great history too but has lost it's exotic appeal. It looks fugly (IMHO) but still drives great. The SRT still has price in it's favor.

    New garage floor--pock marks-normal?

That looks like my 45 year old floor. Definitely a bad mix and/or poor curing. The rest will just peel off with hot tires and heavy wear. I bet if you test it with your thumb, you can turn the top layer to powder. That CANNOT be fixed without taking the entire top layer off. If you haven't paid...

    My New 2013 Viper!

Don't worry Chuck! According to HG Wells and evolutionary theorist Oliver Curry, we would be in a genetic upper class while Ferraritoviper will, I quote, "evolve into a dim-witted, ugly, squat goblin-like creature due to dependence on technology", end quote. :lmao::2tu: Here's the full article...

    My New 2013 Viper!

That sucks. Now if there isn't an OFF switch, I might just have to ask Ralph for the code and rewrite it. Or they can give us a RACE MODE, that has it turned off.
