Brake job help???
a nice rubber mallet works nicely, or a file along the edge of the rotors. if you have it all apart you should be able to slide the whole rotor and caliper off the car, and then a few light taps with a rubber mallet will work great.- Eric H

375 wrhp.......WTH????????
with those mods you should be right where i am at 425-435ish HP and 470-480HP Dynos are not for seeing how much HP you have as they are all a bit different, they are more for baseline and gains for the mods you put on.(*although we all know we use them for bragging rights!!)- Eric H

New car........did I make a mistake?
could just be some spring sag, if the car is anything like mine, i rarely have a passenger(wife hates it) and sitting on a slope could put more pressure on that side. Get some Eibachs and replace the stock springs, gives it a nice look and a cheap $250 fix!- Eric H

New Member...New Problem
Jack hell, you need a tire wrench, the battery is behind the rear drivers wheel! It sure does sound like an ECU reset, or low battery. MIne does that everytime I disconnect the battery or reset the ECU.- Eric H

I want to build a full blown racecar, and dont have the heart to trash a perfectly good GTS so I will most likely be putting it up for sale and buying a better donor car. Slotted/Drilled Rotors on Ebay...
I Bought a set off ebay that were dimpled/slotted for @ $250 ans have tracked the car several times without any issues. They only have afew tiny surface cracks from heat, but none worse than my stock rotors were, the new ones actually look better with twice as many track days on them.- Eric H

Bummmer, i usually put a big chain or cable lock through each wheel attached to the axle, either A, they wont see it and make a helluva noise trying to get it towed away or, it may help to delay or deter them from taking it. Advice- GTS or ACR ???
I would figure out what you like most about the ACR, is it the better handling and adjustable shocks? Those can be bought for less than $2000, is it the wheels? Again, for less than $2-3000(used of course) I'm sure for what youre going to do with it that you would NEVER reap the benefits of the...- Eric H

All I have to say is, my bone stock 1998 GTS, pulled almost a car length and a 1/2 car lengths in 4th gear on the highway on a 2001 with some exhaust mods.....you tell me which one REALLY has more HP? Spark Plugs and Wires
Plugs and wires are a piece of cake......pop off the wiper arms, remove the cowl underneath that is held in place by 4 screws, one behind each door and 2 in the middle, then....grow really skinny arms and start removing plugs and wires one by one until youre done........took me less than an hour...- Eric H

Best way to lower
