As you can see there have been quite a few improvements to it in the later models. I never broke my diff but, it's gripping power to both wheels had a lot to be desired.
I just brok into the 11.5's range 1.725 60 ft a 4.866 330' 1/8 mile 7.465 94.26 mph 9.693 1000 ft finishing at 11.5 @ 121.38 temp 71 Realitive Humidity 6 and Absolute Barometer 29.66 This to date is my personal best.
I am sure they would be stronger. The Gen 3 shafts have a built in shear grove and thats where they seem to break. Reasoning for the grove I couldn't tell you.
The factory changed there hollow shafts to solid. They must have known they were a weak point. I am sure with the increased Hp in the newer models and all the torque it was the right thing to do. All the retro fits now are solid shafts.

There are times when I get this multi misfire code and I was wondering is this code is an instant response or does it come on sometime later after hitting the rev limmiter or missing a shift. The reason I ask is this. If i hit the rev limiter or mis a **** would this activate this code later...

I think Todd from BBG in his ACR will be there as well. I will try to get others also. I have tried to get a Viper night together but it's difficult. I guess do to the fact that theres just not that many Vipers. Corvettes are a different story.
