the 09 ACR's have an existing bolt on the exhaust side.....same bolt that you pull out of the center tunnel side....I just cut the carpet until I found it.....about 4 inches behind the seat belt bolt....
I just installed a Team Tech on my 09.....the existing seat belt point is not a recommended attachment point....there is a hole and unlike the thread mentioned above it now has a bolt in it....it is there....it's further back than you think....look at the video again and use the measurements he...

MA has a weird way of valuing cars....not sure what they go by....my 09 GT-R is valued at 49K and change so I'm not complaining....my 05 1500 Ram is valued at only $2,000.....not sure what they'll value my 09 ACR at yet....
good idea to walk away....from the timeline it sounds is though the owener is lying but I could be wrong....he got the car after it was salvaged and off the repo so he must have registered it with a salvage title....
when all is said and done I don't think any of the 2010's, no matter how limited the production, will be considered a collecter's car....the ford gt on the other hand will hold and possibly gain value in the years to come...if you are looking for a true collecter than the only one out of the...
