Well seeing you have the 300 SRT8, then you have some good idea what we're talking about here with the Challenger. I had no desire to even look at pony cars as the Challenger is retro-gorgeous to begin with and has room for more than 2 people AND luggage. Did I mention the 6.4/392 motor is...
I kept both! It will be awhile, thought, before the 392 will be electronically tunable. Hope to bump into you on the Chally forums; I'm 'Suitejudyblueyes' over there.
Way to be inventive! Taking a cue from the Race Ramps design, have you thought about replacing the bolts with pins you can simply remove after the car is up on the stand so you can remove the ramp section?
In the pic, is the vent selector knob in the recirc or fresh air position? This has always confused me as the leftmost position seems to indicate recirc'ing outside air.
Hey it's a unique paperweight. Next time, take the blank to a Wal Mart/Lowe's/whatever that has a hands-free (computerized/automated) cutting machine. Those hand operated devices are so yesterday.
I've always been pleased with the touch-up approach on my vehicles. However, I always level/blend the repair with some 3M Finesse compound to make it look and feel invisible as much as possible.
Sorry to hear of your move to Miami . . . and you're going to miss those wide-open MT highways to stretch the Viper's legs. Go north at least 1 county like others have said.
Thanks just wanted to be sure I had everything set up right. I remember adjusting the pot with the engine running so the fan would kick in at the middle-third hash mark on the gauge.
To be clear, this operation mode is true even when the Roe kit is installed per Roe directions? In other words, the adjustment pot on Roe's black box does nothing for fan operation when the engine has oil pressure?
