    Overheating 2000 GTS

Yes a very straight forward install. Make sure you Scotchlock the correct color wire in the loom and adjust the fan control to come on just above 190. I would also be sure to have a newer battery as the fan will cycle several times after shutdown. I have mine on a Yuasa smart charger when parked...

    Coolant Flush

Me too. Also siphon the overflow bottle using the hose from the rad cap connection and disconnect the heater hoses and push water through that circuit (empty with compressed air). After drained, reconnect lower rad hose and refill with distilled water, run to circulate, cool, drain again. Then...

Do you disassemble the calipers to remove the seals prior to re-coating? Just wondering what the coating oven heat does to the seals.

    Help identify coil over

Those look to be the old Aldan's that had seal issues, particularly when used in a lowered coilover setup. The newer ones (that I have) have been redesigned and are a great solution for those not wanting to spend $$$...

WD-40. If that doesn't do it, polish with 3M Finesse.

Gears hard to get into, sometimes, usually when warm.

Check and monitor clutch fluid level changes. As you suspect, you might be losing your slave cylinder. I lost mine and there was no fluid leakage outside the transmission (it all got soaked up in the dust inside). All I had to show for it was an empty clutch master reservoir.

4 - economy buster - Gen 2 BBK sets available Super pricing

Interesting as that front to rear swap is exactly what this kit is about. So the increased pedal travel is a real side effect of this modification?

I spoke with Mark Johnson today and he's dead in the water waiting for a front hub assembly to be sent to him by Steve Prescott. Mark obviously needs this to mock up the calipers that I shipped to him at Steve's direction over a week ago. Maybe this will get resolved with the return of cool fall...

The down low, wide-out squashed look of the RT/10 will always be stylish, admired, and remains my favorite. Great photos! Visors-up gives you more aero grip don't you know?

AGPtek OBD-II Scanner Result - TPS Range

So I try out my new $15 Bluetooth-enabled scanner http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008U1MOM8/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and checked the range of my throttle position sensor (TPS). It read out from 15% to 75% (floored pedal). Are these typical values for TPS range? BTW--This is a...

Moving from 18 to 19 tires

Putting 19s all around is a great idea as long as you don't spend much time off the street. The tire selection is good and you'll appreciate the gapitis reduction. Complete the conversion with shortened spring caps or (ideally) a lowered coilover setup.

Forgestar F14 wheels and package 19/19

Nineball can ship a wheel/tire package, but the outbound/inbound shipping to him, then you, adds up. Much better to order the tires from your free-shipping vendor of choice (I used Discount Tire Direct) and mount them locally.

Watch out for the new E15 gasoline.

While I agree that our domestic resources should be conserved for national security and our legacy to future generations, we are for better or worse a capitalist nation. If there is opportunity to sell our domestic resources overseas for profit, than that is what shareholders will demand. We are...
