    I agree, although that's just a loophole begging to be abused. GM will create Hummer 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3... all under 5000 units, all with the only difference being some cosmetic and bolt on engine parts. I wouldn't mind either way, that'll be the govt's reason for not allowing this.

    I do believe the current NorCal chapter is the largest in VCA. Time for sub-chapters? Frankly, I'd rather meet up with you guys further north... going south towards Silicon Valley and back is just torture! And I'm all for doing meal + drag.

    That sucks, and that's another vendor I won't ever be doing business with. Thanks for snitching. I have to say that a vendor should have their own UPS/FEDEX account number... it only takes a few minutes to set one up on UPS' website. You should demand for it next time you send to a vendor...
