NO I clearly understood you tell me the reason you did not have your car at Bradenton was because your transmission was broke. Why is this supposed to be a secret. Nothing to feel ashamed of sh t happens in racing. :2tu:
I was only asking because you told me your trans broke.
Don't remember asking anything about a 1939 coupe
Did someone say or think you had nos  I also don't remember asking if you did or ever were  What I did say only was Vec1 was my BIG SECRET of 200shot...
Yea I told Lee how they were on you that night so I came up with a quick fix. It worked great they walked up to the car to check and walked away. I now have a real BTR roll bar installed. If you want my old one it will cost you $35 :)
He may not need Vec1 if Larry already did some special tuning to it. Why is Vec1 a secret most people say they have it just like I do in my sig. Yea its like a secret 200 shot of Nos. What kind of tuning did Larry do to Bob's car. Ward is your car still broke?
Great run. Not really stock if it has any mods at all. He would have to run in the mod 1 class at any Viper events. My car ran almost exact time with same mods 1.59 60ft , 7.28 1/8 @ 96.85mph and 11.30 @ 122mph. This would be a car I would like to race with being so equal. Would make it alot...
Brian I went to your web site and from what I see you may be one of the best drivers as well. It looked like you were PMUM's partner and you guys beat everyone. Any chance seeing you or Messley driving World Challenge events.
Re: How much is a \'99 GTS sliver blue strips ACR worth with 5K miles
I would not take less than $62,000 for mine. If you look around you might find someone trying to give one away for 50,000.
Re: My first 1.5 60\' on pilots
Well Brad I did it with a 11.48 so I reached the goal this night. Track was very slippery so I was happy with that run. I'll keep trying until I get that 11.30 (new goal). Might just wait until I get Nos and go for 10's.
We had a great time on a very nice...
I'll be there when the gate opens. Thats the best time if you can make it. A couple weeks ago there was 200 cars. So the earlier the better for the most runs. Of course the air will be cooler later.
Re: looking for American Viper Racing\'s team owner Tom???
You might be able to get from Eric Burcch he is also with them. I think his phone # is in the classify's selling a race Viper. Hope this helps.
Re: My first 1.5 60\' on pilots
Thanks Tom. When the timing is right for me I will drop the car off for half shafts, roll bar, and BTR nitrous system. If their still planning the big drag event here in FL. in Jan. that might be the time. Thanks again.
Re: My first 1.5 60\' on pilots
Theres no doubt about it they will make you more consistant. If you could run 1.5 to 1.65 all the time on Pilots then you may not need them. With Nos even less. Tom is a great driver and his 60' was 1.59 and me driving 1.62 with et's and no Nos. I'll tell you...
Re: My first 1.5 60\' on pilots
Yes I made a pass at 11.62 on E.T.'s. Best on Pilot's in my sig. 11.79.
Tom is a great driver and I'm far from great. I'm still learning how to launch on E.T.'s and to get my foot off the clutch. I got too use to feathering clutch on Pilots. I also need to...
Re: My first 1.5 60\' on pilots
Yea maybe if Tom drove mine. I still need practice. I'll see what I can do Thurs. night. I hope for at least a 11.5. Now that I know what the car will do after Tom drove it I have a goal. Just like when I was on Pilots, it took a while before I hit 11.79.
Re: When was the first time you found out it wasn\'t a Viper,........
Don't feel bad we have one here and the Viper tech says working on Vipers no big deal no different than a Neon to him. I never went back. I even went across town to buy my Hemi truck. Hell with that attitude for a 5 star...
