6Th gear sucks, which is why I plan to go back to 307. But I think 355 probably best for street with stock power. Some are using 333 but I think they are hard to find.

I think most go with 355 or 373. I have 373 and while it's good for street, on the highway I find it to short and will likely switch to stock 307. Not that I know from experience, only heard, but at 150 with 373 your at the very top of 5th where with 307 still in 4th. I've had 355 as well and...
Anyone know where I can buy the AEM cable that connects the unit to laptop for tuning? Apparently AEM does not make anymore. I have the older aem unit for my 2000 viper. Anyone have one They would like to sell?
I was trying to give the shop owner the benefit of the doubt since I know he had some issues with the machine shop he used for the machining work, the first year and after that I just lost track of the car as far as following up like I should have and with other things in life happening, etc...
No my cars on the east coast as well, about 40 mins from me, near the Washington dc area. I spoke with a lawyer last night and he gave the same advice Viper Jeff and others have stated; hit with lawsuit and give two weeks and if shop doesn't adhere to the lawsuit then its off to court. Last...
yeah I have checked on it and half the engine is with another shop that I have contacted. So Im going to contact an attorney this evening or tomorrow to see if there is an statute of limitation and what I need on my end to resolve this. its been sitting there so long, I literally forget about...
I know the shop and therefore dont want to hit them with a lawsuit out the blue. Id rather not live by the motto of just because someone F'ed you over mean you have to do the same. So I m trying to give some respect here.
Good afternoon,
To make a long story short, the snout on the crank of my viper broke off in May 2011 (yes 2011) and I had it taken to a repair shop in Sept 2011. Paid the shop the same month in full (it was an insurance check) and to date, the shop is still working on my car (yes 4 plus years...
ive had both, 2000 and an 2001 and from experience... prefer ABS after panic braking and flat spotting 2 sets of tires. Give me ABS any day and yes, Im sure the flat spots came from my lack of experience in braking.
Hey Dan,
Ill give you a call later today.
Also after getting more info. on my heads, they are not cracked. The intake runners are to thin adn leaking through the pin wholes. I hope this is better news then having a crack.
Spoke with Arrow racing. They provided an person to contact in MI who does this type of work and from my search, alot of people recommend him. Left him a message so hopefully he response soon.
Chris Razor of Hi Tec welding is the person FYI.
Anyone have an opinion on replacing a cylinder head with cracks in the runner or repairing? Heads already have a very extensive costly port so I was hoping to save them but if repairing is a band-aid then I will replace.
Anyone know of a good shop that does this type of welding work?
Anyone have a ported pair they would be willing to sell? My runners (some how) have cracks and I need a new pair. Strikers are a bit out of my price range.
