    Forget about lightest tires. If you are worried about weight go with a lighter rim. You only have a couple of decent tire choices and lightness is less of an issue and the right compound for what you are using the car for is the issue to focus on. my 2 cents

    2008 ACR

    Car looks very clean. Even if it did do a couple of HPDE events the onlything that does is eat tires and maybe some pads. It doesnt look like a track rat all all.

    Road racing tire question

    Have not heard great things about the tire. Supposedly the grip is better than an R6 but not close to the Michelin. I have also heard that there has been quite a large amount of tire failures with them.
