Kai:
Excellent point.
Then it should be (regardless of your of car):
Miles per month (calculated since ownership) and age.
That makes a great deal more sense. Thanks.
Aaron:
Bet it is multi-factorial. It is age, climate and distance to work.
Mine does not work out because 7 miles (to the hospitals/office) is ~35 minutes in traffic...on a good day.
Joe:
75...Hmmm, your dad lives with you?
Sorry, cannot venture a guess as to the 75.
Thanks for the other two numbers.
Think my theory about miles and age has some basis?
Bill:
I see your point, but it you are more likely to have an office in your home at the midpoint of your career.
In either case, you do not break from the mold...older age, less mileage.
John:
If you enjoy the boat at $1k per hour, then it is money well spent.
I am thinking that younger...
Adkins?
Gastric by-pass?
Crisco and a shoe horn?
I cannot see how he would fit.
Easiest way: "these are very difficult cars to get into and out of...you are welcome to give it a try, but many people simply find the car much too small."
That way you are not saying that he is too big...
Take your SRT-10 mileage. Express it as follows (Eg: 6500 & 38)
Post your numbers here.
Hypothesis: Age is inversely related to mileage. Younger owners are more likely to have higher mileage (also more likely to drive their SRT-10 to the office on a daily basis).
Thus, my numbers are...
Me too. Sorry, Bill. I was curious as to how far and creative it would become. I was about to move onto the suspension changes. Drats.
OK, back to thread regarding tires and wheels.
Question: No one ever mentions Chip Foose wheels. No news is bad news?
Joe:
Well, the economy on the Gen III was not very "environmentally friendly" so the diesel situation cannot be all that much worse. I do not understand their scrubbing air conditioning since I would imagine the cabin temperature will even be higher with 4" exhausts. I guess we shall see.
My time allocation will result in mileage quite similar to Thomas' 900 per year; for me that will be about 1500 miles per year.
I have to weigh in 30k miles per year in two family cars (without leaving the City), kids' transportation needs which requires 4+ seats, and my career.
This...
Thomas:
How did you have it insured? If you insure it as a specialty vehicle with limited mileage per year, then you insured it as an exceptional car.
Otherwise, they are only required to pay what they consider to be a reasonable estimate of the damage.
Thus, if you have a local Viper...
Joe:
I understand that you cannot reveal names. Having been a member of the SRT Group for several months, it is important to keep those communication channels sealed.
There are things I do not like about the Gen IV car. It is, to me, too light, and the ground clearance is next to nothing...
NOMERCY:
It is very difficult to compare the Dodge and Lambo dealers.
If the Viper goes for Invoice + a grand, the salesman does not become wealthy from this transaction. I suspect that the Lambo salesman does quite well on a sale...Mercedes certainly does.
Perhaps equally as important...
Re: What\'s the latest we could find out Coupe HP Ratings?
Jason:
I suspect that all data are available.
If you want a blue/white coupe with 500HP, the 2006 early model will meet that need. The color is listed on the window at the show as being Limited color.
The Copperhead is a nice orange...
The Kenesis F110s would be cool on your Porsche.
What does the wheel setup as you described list for...and what tires are you going to use.
Would be pretty cool in the Kroger parking lot or...or....at Blockbusters!
Re: What\'s the latest we could find out Coupe HP Ratings?
Jason:
a. 500 HP
b. The Blue/White is a limited edition color combination.
I think that by Spring `06, we should see other coupe colors and likely something spiffy like a Pink Mamba or perhaps a Purple Cottonmouth
Joe:
To whom did you speak? When I called late yesterday afternoon, they said that the conards on the Gen IV machine were going to mandate some front end (and wheel) re-design especially in light of the carbon fiber panels.
Please clarify.
Why not post to your gallery and link from here. Sounds like a great ride.
Which Kenesis wheel?
It glows underneath?
Did you happen to see Napoleon Dynamite?
My initial preference was for the Coupe wheels assuming that they already look good on the Copperhead.
However, they are, indeed, not unique. And someone offline mentioned that he felt that a black SRT-10 may be better served with the center of the wheels black (as in ALLBLACK's ride).
My...
I would like to see them on your black car. I do not care for them on a red car. I am gathering that you like them better than the new Coupe wheels for 2006.
