Post a pic of your shifter
I have a SVS short throw shifter with stock knob that I use most of the time. But, I have a custom made shifter that looks just like the pistol grip from the old 4 speed Mopars. (It uses the original pistol grips). It even has the original type lettering on top, but it has the Viper shift...- Doc.

First track day with my new car
I met Bobby Archer out at Motorsport Ranch with my new car and it is awesome. It is much faster and handles much better than my '96. I love my new car. We drove all day and by 5:00 PM I was toast. JoeD, Congrats on the new snake. Best instruction I know of is Viper Days. The instructors there know and drive Vipers. All of the things you learn there are specific to the handling of the snake. removing cats question
Rich, I had the cats removed on my GTS (with sims) but could not stand the smell. My car smelled like rotten eggs. The ladies did not like it. I went to R.T high flow cats and I have been very happy with them. Doc- Doc.

Installing Belanger headers at home???? Difficult?

Joe 117, I like lots of vintage racers, but I would probably lean towards cars like old: Vettes, Mustangs,Jag XKE, Sunbeam Tigers, Bug Eyed Sprites, or Cobras. I would definitely want something with a history and provenance. I know it would be cheaper to buy one of these now and race it...- Doc.

New 18 and 19" wheels that look like the stock wheels
Re: New 18 and 19 Superbar, I have been trying to get this done but to no avail. I was not looking at forged wheels though as I do like to go to the track. That being said, I would gladly fork over 2 big ones for a set of stock looking 18's forged or not. Doc- Doc.
