Not a good idea. This guy looks like he has a long road ahead of him, though. Give him some slack. He is going through a pretty bad time. Same with his family. They did not sign up for this stuff.
Good luck with the potholes in Hoboken. Went to Stevens many years back.
Eat some pizza at Benny's and some sandwiches as M&P on Washington for me.
If those establishments were in Houston, the owners could retire in one year.
Re: Wind the clock forward 5 years, think there will be more used Gen 5 Vipers availa
My take is that there will be fewer accidents because of the protections, but fewer cars sold because of the economy. You will see fewer crashed/rebuilt cars. The cars will be in better shape, generally.
Re: GenV design feature that I'm getting tired seeing copied in vehicle designs latel
Interesting pick up. Started noticing it on other cars after you made the post.
No no no! You are not supposed to buy a junk Gen II if you listen to all the blowhards on here. Go back out and buy the absolutely most expensive Viper that you can find in order to preserve your manhood. After all, it is not about the actual car, it is about spending money, the appearance of...
I believe BMW and Mercedes have paid it on their entire fleet for many years. Spread out, it is 200 bucks a car. For some cars, that is 3 tanks of gas. Again, people take their car here out to the track and get 4 mph and blow that in an afternoon.
Government intervention, in general, is not...
Not gonna happen. Some manufacturers have been paying penalties for years. Total cost mark up for a vehicle when Cafe is not attained is between 100 and 200 bucks. Those manufacturers still produce v8's to v12's.
If everyone has to pay it because technology cannot achieve the standard, then...
Wow. Ok, well here goes. NYC is not the end all be all. You bought from an outside of NYC dealer because you wanted to save money. You admitted that you did. So you did not support Tator with buying your car there. He made no money on your purchase. You outsourced it. You did not go...
Perhaps if the people in NY had bought from some of the better dealers up in NY, they would not have to buy from other states. Being from NJ, and now from Texas, I find it ironic of people complaining that they can't get stuff locally, but when there were options to buy locally, they did not...
Build it and they will come.........ever check out the price on redone ones? Man.......
If any of you are interested, there is an estate sale with one in California. Going off in a couple of days. If interested, give me a PM.
Sorry Steve.....we have to agree to disagree on this.
While the Viper is a great car, I think that many people on the site appreciate the works of others who try to modify their cars.
Having some guy who is 30 years old have a parent buy a Viper for them really does not impress me.
Having some...
Couple things....
Side markers for the vehicle near the wheel wells? Prone to chipping. Stupid design.
Hand holds on the top the doors for entry. Water intrusion problem into the door. Freezing preventing access into the vehicle. Poor Design.
I think the point of the thread was to show the accident to all and to show how well the SRT engineers make the vehicle.
Good old USA engineering. Can't beat it.
