    Anyone ever successfully disable/remove their factory alarm? (Gen I)

    Start car, leave running,,,, crawl under dash and unplug alarm module and key fob module,,,, turn car off..... I went one further and removed both modules and beat them with a hammer I was so pissed at them,, dam alarm always wants to arm by itself,,, no longer a problem

    1994 RT10 Minor Oil Leak - UPDATE AFTER REPAIR - need help on Part Number

    Call Dan @ Viper specialty,,, he has the new Cometic aluminum/viton coated gaskets,,, FAR superior to paper,,,, I used ALL the Cometic gasket on my engine tear down this winter.... GREAT product.

    Gen 1 upper radiator hose

    So after getting 3 upper radiator hoses from the dealer that are reverse bent from the original are there any rubber hoses available that are pre-formed correctlty? I don't want to use the silicone hoses rather keep the rubber ones.... it looks like the hose might be made to work if you attach...

    not the gauge,,, sending unit is bad,,, no longer available from anyone as far as I know,,, oem was a carter and even carter has none,,, I changed mine last year,,, I went thru a couple other chrysler senders to match up ohms rating then swaped out the swing arm,, now its golden,,,, good luck

    Head gaskets

    without a doubt go with Dan's gaskets,,, he sells the AFM's for all the other componets and they are wayyyyyy better than the paper ones. Got all of them on mine.

    So as I take apart my gen1 for the winter upgrades I notice some things that I never paid attention to B4... fasteners.... just wondering why it seems that most likely the cheapset ones available were used on a car that wasn't cheap? ie: intake manifold, exhaust manifolds- 5/16?? really ...

    i would be more interested in the 3 piece,,, having the option of trunk storage on a trip would be nice. My plan was to try and budjet one in next year.... good luck with your hardtops,,, i'm a possible buyer... would need more info and pics but am interested.
