Yeah those are pretty bad... It's a shame. These are painted... BTW so lining these up was a matter of lining up thin masking tape first before doing it. It's a shame.
I think it does agree with what I said, the second link is more clear though...
Remember... I mentioned torque delivered to the tires. Not Horsepower.... Torque is a rotational force. Horsepower is a measure of work capability. How much "work" the engine can do. The Torque is effected by the...
I've seen these but I'm not brave enough to do this on the stock guages. If I do it I'll do it on a second set.
The reason for my reply... I see you have had some issues/concerns with The printing and the quality... I'd be happy to run the prints for some body that wants to try. I have some...
Here you go... I went outside and shot these for you. Gave you a couple of angles and views so you could see the details. Came in tighter as well so you can see how it lines up in the fascia area. These are original factory stripes.
Good luck. Hope it helps.
Rarely checked this area... But will now. Di not think there was regional sections
KDR... Did you get the car aligned? If not I would suggest it with te new tire.
For that, it's a drive for you but take the time and take it to the Alignment Factory near 117th Ave and SW 120th Street. Awesome...
There are two kits. The difference is the inlet size. One is for the stock 2.5" exit from the cats and one is for the 3" typical of high flo cats.
Good thing about Corsa if you can get it used is that these are not glass packs. It means that the way they sound new is they way they will sounds...
I've done the Dragon, Cherohala and part of the Blue Ridge. The BR Pkwy is definately more for the sights. They patrol that too much. Your not going to speed there.
The Tail of the Dragon is intense and worth doing in both directions. Great tight turns. The wife and I had a blast on it in my...
The flywheel will allow you to spin up faster but under load on the Dyno, it will not transmit more torque. The 3.55's however will. These produce more torque. Similar to the gains you'll get with smaller tire diameters. Smaller tire diameters gives you faster acceleration.
I've been reading this a few times in different threads lately...
I was toying with the idea of taking it out and replacing it with a custom made storage tray of some sort. I put the idea on the back burner b/c of the crumple comments. Two things have come to mind though....
I thought for the...
Was your tune done on the Dyno? Data logging emailed? In other words, is it canned or custom?
Nothing wrong with canned tunes. Some minor tweaks on a factory tune that are "knows" can go a long way. A custom tune, agreed, would be specific to my engine so I could see more gains in mileage and...
Its most likely the slave. There is a simple way to check the master. If there is no fluid leaking into the cabin at the clutch pedal and there is none leaking out the front of the master (in the engine bay below the brake master) all you need to do is check the pedal with the slave...
OK... So I do have some future plans... But I have a '77 Vette Resto-Mod I have to finish....
Having said that I do plan on doing some things as I go.... ;-)
First thing is a custom tune. What I don't know is how these cars react to that. In other words will i see a benefit to a custome tune...
Went to an event held at a local shop here in South Florida. it was called "Cars, Coffee and Octane". basically a morning get together for car nuts. This time it was held at a shop that was simply amazing! Basically and old warehouse/barn that had been converted. Raised wood floors a ton of...
I think you did OK as well. If its any help, or consolation, about nine months ago I bought my 2002 GTS FE for $38K. Single owner, 32K miles. There are deals out there so you may walk away OK.
Good luck in your hunt for the next slice of heaven!
I placed it under the dash. For now, it's floating. I reach under and turn it on.
What I did today was make a fiberglass plate that I will place at the bottom of the dash knee pad. I am in the middle of resto-modding a 1977 Corvette and am doing the glass work now... So I had the materials...
Depends on the noise. You could be hearing air in the master as you release. Quite possible if there is air in the system, which there is is the slave drained.
If it is more of a metal/metal squeak you might have a bad plastic bushing in the pedal assembly. Could also be as simple as...
It's the salve cylinder. If the master failed you'd see fluid in the cabin or dripping out the from of the clutch master cylinder in the front. Easy way to check the master... disconnect the line at the slave. It's a dry connection meaning it seals when disconnected. Since it is sealed, when you...
OK... put up the photos and measurements for the short shifter I installed.... check it out.......
