    Wheel well clearance measurement

    Steel hex head 6mm nutserts are excellent for holding on the wheel wells, as secure as the standard rivets they can be used with a 6mm stainless button head allen screw. I have used these and the 5mm size extensively on my GTS, with no failures to date. Makes the wheel wells really easy to remove.

    URGENT ADVICE NEEDED

    First thought was a balance weight clipping the caliper, they run very close on mine, but big noise from the diff after recall, would suggest to me that one of the straps holding the universal joints on the driveshafts is loose. A real downer after 7 weeks waiting.

    Might be worth pulling that piston out and having a look. Might show up on the piston skirt also. Would be better if those marks weren't there. Could the piston have picked up on the bore a little....overheating ?

    Yup, we're agreed, directly into the supercharger inlet sounds good, won't need methanol, and may be able to simply use the boost pressure to push the water in, 5 psi wouldn't produce much of a spray, but that may not be important here, since as Sean says the rotors will do the "chopping"...
